TOKYO, Japan - Gilbert Felli (R), the executive director for the Olympic Games at the International Olympic Committee, and Japanese Olympic Committee President Tsunekazu Takeda exchange words during an orientation seminar in Tokyo on Nov. 14, 2013. An IOC team led by Felli arrived in Japan the previous day for the first time since Tokyo won the 2020 Olympic bid in Buenos Aires two months ago.
